Hypothyroidism pretest score

Estimates the pretest probability of canine hypothyroidism from signalment, dermatologic and metabolic signs, and routine labs (most importantly cholesterol). Use it before ordering thyroid testing. Concurrent illness and recent glucocorticoid use can both fake the biochemical picture.
